Donors get perms for /fd

Hey, I've noticed on a couple occasions staff have either not been on or have been afk for LR. This isn't a dig at staff, they do a great job but it's not possible to get 24/7 coverage. What would help is if donors get access to /fd (name) and /fdnr for occasions when staff aren't on. Obviously, if this gets abused at all the donor should lose their privileges. If this were to happen donors would have to have a method of accepting LRs, they could do it in msgs but it'd be a bit awkward. I suppose there could also be other solutions, for example let warden give fdnr for the last T alive.
