bad connection to the server

At times i get 140 ping on the jb server, which is too high for my usual. i'm not sure what is causing this, but i am sure that it is a server related problem because every other server stays the same when i get those spikes on the jb server. the spike can last for hours and it just goes away on its own. by the way i usualy get 40-60 on most eu servers including the normal ping on the jb.
