give guard coins when upgrades come out proportional to the amount of time played on the ct side

so instead of having to farm for guard coins and the upgrades when they do come out, the people who already spent a lot of time on ct side get rewarded according to the amount of time they've played on the ct side saves time not having to farm guard coins all the way from the beginning rewards current ct players who already play on the weaker side
