/settp during warmup for custom jumps

Built: in warmup, !cp saves your spot and !gocp takes you back to it. Still being tested on the server.

can set a tp point somewhere and then another command to tp to it. would be good for any custom jumps during warmups where you use a cannon and end up on the other side of the map or custom jumps that make you fall back to the start of the game so instead of having to run all the way back to the cannon (clouds,peanut) or restart the game to get to a specific custom jump you want to try (eg want to practise the skip in peanut easy climb) you just type the command or bind it to a button to tp to the set tp point. only enabled during warmup, could also be useful for staff testing out bugs in certain areas saving the need to noclip back constantly
