Give wardens the ability to do Special days

Now i know staff aint going to like it but lets be honest, lets say theres a low amount of players on with no staff, theres no reason to aim for LRs. There are way to many times where there are no staff on and the LR system is way to dependant on staff being on. "there's a reason why there are !lrfd" Yeah but not everyone wants a freeday, especially as that fd will go in 3 mins due to low players. As well as the command can only work when there is 1 player left like the lr freeday plugin. And for people who "abuse it". lets say there's 3 players on, doing a special day would be beneficial so…
