Warning shot plugin?

In my old JB server you could hold e and shoot a player once (Anywhere on the body even head). The shot would do 20 damage and would come up in chat saying you have been warning shot. This would make warning shots do less damage because people are always complaini g about being warning shot for big damage. Plus it would make freeshots alot less deep. Its something which i think is needed and it worked out really well back then. Also you could spray someone with the warning shoot bind but it would have a delay on how long it takes for the next warning shoot to work. meaning that we dont need to be incredibly accurate. 🙂
