Prisoner count in marker

Built: about 5 seconds after placing a marker the warden is told how many prisoners stand in it. A count of freedays is not part of it. Still being tested on the server.

Would be nice if when warden places the marker it'd tell amount of Ts inside of it. Additionally would be nice if it'd tell amount of FDs on the map. I'd suggest something like "There are 8 Ts in the marker. There are 2 FD on the map." Later when CT upgrades come it could be a nice little nifty upgrade.
