Type !warmup to vote for warmup and !start to vote to end it. A vote needs 51%.

When the player pool is too small to play a normal game of jailbreak one should have the option to activate !warmup. The command should set the game to warmup mode where everyone respawns on death. And once the player pool is big enough one is able to start the normal game mode.
