Msgs in chat about recent donations too frequent (and inconsistent?)

While they are appreciated, can the frequency be lowerd a bit? Sometimes you see in chat more msgs about recent donations than people actually trying to speak. Also it's very inconsistent? Sometimes it prints a line about recent donation every 5s and sometimes it goes quiet for 1 min??? Just make it like once every 30s, with round going on avg for 5-7min that's very decent and non-intervening amount of shoutouts
