Too long, dont care: /warmup command, some friendly fire protection and the ability to even change maps would be nice.

One of my favorite memories of JB was honestly the warmup before all the players were on where a few of us were just online vibing, exploring maps, doing climb/surf/bhop, finding secrets, etc, waiting for more people to hop on so we could start playing actual JB. Now i get that the TTT maps are incredibly boring compared to the TTT maps and i dont have a solution for that besides just making better maps or making the maps better (but adding bhop/surf/climb/secrets to every map would be a challenge). But a thing that would help for now at least would be the ability to even go into warmup and change maps while in warmup. Currently if there are less than 4 players online it goes into this "round paused" mode which is nice as it is just one continuous round but it has a few flaws still:
1. You're forced to respawn in the exact same spot which causes this just instant shooting each other in the face, funny if its someone you like, gets boring after a couple minutes, can be a reason people quit if they are randoms or dont want that. something to go into no friendlyfire moded (I forgot the command) would be nice, with maybe a reminder if you die a lot in warmup or just regularly/at the start/when you join during warmup.
2. You cant really decide when warmup starts/ends, just a /warmup command would be nice to be able to do warmup with more than 3 people, and warmup should probably automatically start with less than 4 people and should maybe even be a vote to end if 4+ join but i don't know about that one for sure since that can also get annoying (should always start at end of round).
3. You can not change maps in the current "round paused" situation which just sucks if youre stuck on a boring map (was stuck on ttt_cs2_safehouse_b1 for a while).
