Jailbreak: the warden can now resize the marker

The warden's marker is no longer one fixed size. Place it with your ping as before (mouse wheel click, unless you changed the key). Then ping again inside the ring, or just outside it: the ring shrinks or grows to the spot you pinged. A ping further away moves the marker, as it always did. Prisoners are counted as "in the marker" by the ring you see, so a bigger ring really holds more people.
