Jailbreak: the warden's football, and guards can carry things

The warden can now bring a football into the game, and guards can pick things up and carry them. - !ball spawns a football where the warden is looking. - !ball <size> picks the size, from 0.5 to 5 (for example !ball 2). - Guards pick up the ball and loose props with E, carry them, and drop them again with E. That includes the map's own footballs. - On Clouds, the warden's ball scores in the football field's goals just like the map's ball. - It works in normal rounds: not in warmup, last requests or special days. - Players, weapons, doors and buttons can't be picked up.
