This server is asleep. It starts when a Fill to Play is called on it.
How AWP Only works
Everyone has an AWP and a knife. You get the rifle when you spawn, your ammo is refilled on spawn and after every kill, and other weapons cannot be picked up. The maps are built for it: long lanes, little cover.
It plays as normal rounds without respawns: just under two minutes a round, 24 rounds per map with a half-time side swap. When only a few people are on, bots fill the server up to four players.
About one round in seven is a fun round. There are sixteen of them, among them no-scope, no-scope with bunny hopping, Scout only, knife only, taser only, one-tap rifles and a decoy war.
How to get an AWP Only game going
The AWP Only server sleeps until somebody schedules a game. Pick AWP Only and a time on the Fill to Play page; the game is posted on our Discord, people say they are in, and the server starts ten minutes before. Games already scheduled here are listed near the top of this page.

Questions
Why is the AWP Only server offline?
It is an on-demand server. It runs when a Fill to Play game is scheduled on it and sleeps the rest of the time. Schedule a game on the Fill to Play page and it starts ten minutes before.
What is the AWP Only server IP, and how do I join?
The server address is eu.yappershq.com:27017. When a game is running a Join button shows on this page; you can also open the CS2 console and type: connect eu.yappershq.com:27017.
Do I need to download maps or mods first?
No. AWP Only runs custom AWP maps from the Steam Workshop and CS2 downloads the current one by itself while you connect.
Can I use another weapon?
No. Everyone has an AWP and a knife. About one round in seven is a fun round with its own rule, such as no-scope, Scout only or knife only.
What if only two of us are on?
Bots fill the server up to four players.
Is it free to play?
Yes, playing is free. Donating is optional: it goes into growing the community and gets you Active Supporter status.
Is AWP Only a workshop map I have to download and host?
No. It is a server that is already running: you join it in one click or by its IP and play with whoever is on. There is nothing to host, no port forwarding and no "unable to establish connection" with friends.
I was banned. What now?
